Has anyone been to San Antonio Seaworld?

Any tips & comments appreciated!
How much should we plant to spend for food in the park? do they charge for parking? I already know the ticket pricing
Should we plan for two days to see it all?

Answer :
i have been there plenty of times and u do have to pay for parking and its $10 and u probably have to get a 2 day ticket cause of the waterpark...u should have gone in june they had diffrent shows at nightime...and food is a littl pricy like for some chicken strips its about $7 but they give u a lot and the kids meals are about $4 they have diffrent variety of food there is this one place by shamu stadium called voyagers cafe and they serve good chicken parmesans well they keep switching it with this italian hot dog and they have mexican food and hamburgers and sandwhices and u can bring food and drinks to the park but u cant bring the juice boxes with the straws on them they will make u take them off. well i hope u have cause i know i always do when i go.. have a safe trip

Answer :
Best Nightime show is Shamu Rocks!!! It will fill up. Get there at least 45 minutes BEFORE to get good seats. It is worth it. One day shoud be fine!

Answer :
As soon as the skies clear, I would very much like to go to SeaWorld. Yes, you will have to pay parking. Food in the park is kind of expensive. You can see pretty much everything in one day unless you have kids and then, one day might be too much for them. You may think two afternoons through evenings or one afternoon through evening and one morning through afternoon. At least this is what I have found when mine were little. If there are no little ones, you can definitely see it all in one day and bring lots of money because prices are very high.

Answer :
Go on line to Sea World, they often have some very good deals, I would also check out E-bay as they also have some really good deals. This is coming down to the end of the year and often they offer the next years season pass and that will cover the rest of this year, also buy a season parking ticket as this will also save you money. As you Have never been before remember that Sea World is a theme park and is all about sea animals if you are looking for a park with a lot of ride this isn't the place for you. We think that it is great and love the shows. Food is about the same as any theme park but having said that, I will tell you that you can come and go as you will, and not very far from the gate there is a MacDonald's. There are a number of places to eat close by and at a reasonable rate.

Answer :
Yessss. I have like yearly, we bought a ticket for this year, and never spent it. There isn't alot of things to see. And there are only 3 rides. So, if you're a teenager or taking a teenager, they might get bored. The food,, is like a regular amusement park price. Like, Six Flags, and on. They do charge for parking, and the two day thing might be too much. If you're going to see shows and stuff, yes you might want to plan two days to see it all.

Answer :
You can buy parking passes and tickets online at the Sea World Website. It certainly saves a lot of time waiting in line. You just go to the main entrance and you are in. No waiting to buy a pass.

Food can be fairly inexpensive (as far as theme parks go), or very expensive. Last time I went I think it was about $10 for a decent sized taco salad and coke. But I also bough several bottles of water throughout the day.
Im not sure if you still can (verify someone?) but when I was a kid (I grew up in Helotes, just 15 minutes or so away)we would pack up an ice chest with sandwiches, chips, cokes and snacks. My mom would keep a back pack with her with some snacks in it (granola bars and such) but at lunch time, rather than buy things in the park, we would go back out to the car and eat our lunches, then go back to having fun in the park.

Where can i get discounted tickets for seaworld in san antonio TX?

Where can i get discounted tickets for seaworld in san antonio TX?

Answer :
Call Seaworld. They sometimes have unadvertised specials. Also, go to any H.E.B. (supermarket) you can normally save some money by buying there. Try looking at any convince store for soda cans that have $10.00 to $ 15.00 off.
Also, if you know anyone in the that is in the Military they can get them fairly easy for a good discount.

Answer :
the best place to look for this type of discounts is SearchAllDeals. just start with a search term like "sea world san antonio". here is a direct link to the search result:

http://www.searchalldeals.com/results.html?cx=006616979543893323550%3Aydieztwyczu&q=sea+world+san+antonio&sa=Search+60%2B+sites&cof=FORID%3A10#1060

Answer :
If you are already in SA, try looking on soda cans for discounts. Like Coke or Pepsi, they may offer half price admission or $10 off a ticket with an empty can.

Try this website too

Answer :
I think HEB has discount tickets for SeaWorld. You can find a brand new HEB on Potranco and another one on 1604 and Culebra.

Tickets for seaworld?

Does Fiesta supermarkets or a ticket place here in houston texas sell cheaper tickets to seaworld in san antonio texas?

Answer :
When you go to San Antonio stop at HEB they have discount tickets there. The very best deal right now is to buy season tickets for 2008 that will allow you to go as often as you wish for all of 2008 but will allow you to enter there as often as you wish the rest of this year. There are two good sources for purchasing ticket to Sea World. Go to Sea World online or go to E-bay, both have some very good deals. I know that a season pass wasn't in your game plan but the cost is not very much more than a regular one day pass, and San Antonio isn't very far up the road. You have asked another question about Military discount. By shopping on line at Sea World and E-Bay you will find a better deal than the few military dollars saved. Tickets are available on Lackland AFB at Special Services. I have bought them there in the past before I knew about going on line or to E-Bay Welcome to San Antonio and have a ball while you are here.

Answer :
No. Not here from a supermarket. You can always go to the SeaWorld web site.

I do know that Kroger sells tickets to the Renaissance Festival (and I'm sure a few others might too). That's about it. You can't even buy State Fair of Texas tickets at a grocery store here (you have to go to the D-FW metroplex).

Answer :
Ticket prices are all the same at off-premises sales, but you might be able to get discounts on tickets. Check on these sites for more info:

geez... look it up online.

is it that hard? why can't people ask good question?

What is there to do at SeaWorld in Orlando? How can we get tickets?

We are going to Disney for 8 days, we have a coupon for rent-a-car and we were thinking of going to it. Is it worth the trip and money? I haven't been there in like 15 years...I'm sure it's changed right? New stuff? Rides, more shows? etc? Is there a way to get tickets to that and Disney together and maybe get a discount on the tix?

Answer :
If you like roller coasters its worth going as 2 amazing coasters. Kracken is a floorless coaster and the new Manta ride is a flying coaster. I go to SeaWorld for the coasters, the shows and exhibits are good but I am usually ready to head home after 5hrs so if you not into rollercoasters it may not be worth it.

You will find coaster reviews and videos on this site

http://orlandorollercoaster.com/seaworld…

I have not seen any tickets combine Disney with SeaWorld, usually Flex ticket which combines with Universal Orlando which I would highly recommend, its my favorite park in Orlando.

Answer :
You can get tickets for Disney in Orlando from the link below:

How much tax do they add on for a 1 day disney magic kingdom ticket?

I am going with my daughter in a few days and want to know how much tax they will add on at the gate? Also do you know how much tax they will add on for Seaworld?

Answer :
Tax is 6.5%. You might want to buy the Sea World tickets online. You can get your adult ticket at child's prices.

Answer :
One day ticket with tax comes out to about $74.00. I believe tax in Orlando is about 6-7%. So you'll pay about $4-$6 in tax..

Answer :
6.5 percent of the ticket. that would be...4.22 i think if i remember well the price of the ticket: 65 dollars.

sea world is 60 dollars per ticket, and 6.5 percent too.

but...hang arround the main gate a little bit...and maybe one employ can approach you selling you tickets at 30 dollars.

Anyone know how to save on admission tickets to seaworld in san antonio?

Anyone know how to save on admission tickets to seaworld in san antonio?

Answer :
Most fast food restaurants or even soda cans you buy in the San Antonio area have some sort of discount coupons. Some grocery stores even sell the tickets so you don't have to stand in long lines.

p.s. don't take any coolers or drinks with you, they will not let you in with them.

Answer :
Try HEB. They usually offer the best deals to Six Flags and Seaworld. Also, look on Ebay...Some people are offering 20% off regular admission priced tickets. Instead of paying around $50 or more per person, i think it'll only be around $34.99. Good luck

Answer :
Like the person above me said there are many stores around with coupons. You can buy online and save also sometimes. If you are going to a hotel check in the brochures. I know Sea World can be expensive!

Is it much cheaper to buy my tickets to disney, seaworld etc before i leave the uk? 2 adults 1 child aged 2?

We are travelling to Orlando and want to go to at least 4 of the disney parks we also want to go to seaworld and aquatica, is it going to be much cheaper and cost effective to buy before we leave (2 adults + one child aged 2)

Answer :
Here is what I do know.

Buying tickets from Craigslist can prove to be beneficial, but anytime you buy tickets directly from a person, you run the risk of buying used tickets that are no good.

There is no way for you to verify the tickets until you get to the gate. So I would not recommend it.

However, you can find resources for timeshare promotions on Craigslist, where you can save HUNDREDS of dollars on ANY ticket that you are interested in.

There is NO obligation to purchase anything. You can even get some tickets for FREE.

I know that you can go to http://www.tour4tickets.com and get 2 FREE tickets to ANY PARK.
You are GUARANTEED the lowest prices anywhere.

But if you decide to buy before you go...you can also get some of the cash back by going on a tour. $75.00 in cash is available through the above mentioned site.

Answer :
Don't know if this is what you want.
The Disney 14 day Ultimate now £219 on the Disney site. It is the same price as a 7 day.

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdwi/en…

and if that doesn't work, simply follow the links at http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdwi/en…

Do NOT purchase Theme Park tickets from CraigsList or EBay!

Also a wonderful active Orlando forum that includes many UK posters is http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g34… Please visit this site.

Almost forgot ~ this company comes highly recommended for selling WDW and other Orlando discount admission tickets. http://www.undercovertourist.com/

Answer :
Honestly, when you get to Florida, go onto Craigslist for Orlando in the "tickets" section in the "for sale" part and you will be in heaven when you see how many people are selling tickets for all the theme parks. Type in Sea World in the search box...
I live in San Diego and my boyfriend and I went to Sea World (we live only about 25 minutes from it and he'd never been there before!) for $50.00--both of us. I found tickets for $25.00 a piece and it was a little more than half-off the full admission price.

Answer :
oh no not Craig's list. what if you pay for the tickets and they cant be used that's too risky! try mousesavers.com or intercot.com
this site is the one i like to use and recommend. http://intercot.com/infocentral/default.…
it answers pretty much any question you have.
best of luck to you and don't forget insurance. june- nov is hurricane season!

Answer :
You can save money by buying them directly from Seaworld in advance. Also, they currently have a promotion right now where you spend $59 for adults and $49 for kids (3-9) and you can get in all year for free. Or buy a 2 pack for even less ($54.50) It's especially nice if you're in the area for a week or 2 and want to go back. http://commerce.4adventure.com/store/dep…

They also have value passes that you can buy that includes other attractions in the area (San Diego Zoo and San Diego Wild Animal Park)

Seaworld tickets & the military?

I know when I was in the military I was able to get into Seaworld for free as well as a couple of my family members. I'm no longer in the service now after 10 years, but is there anyway my brother who is in the Army can get me a couple tickets from MWR for free without him actually going to Seaworld with me or is this something they only do at Seaworld itself?

Answer :
Only dependents of the AD member are allowed to enter SeaWorld for free, up to 4 total besides the AD member themselves. When picking up the tickets you have to show the military ID for everyone over 10, so he will not be able to do it for you.

Answer :
You must show your ID card when you use them and can only get them at the gate at SeaWorld.

Sorry, if you want the free tickets you will have to join again or marry someone who is in.

Good luck

Answer :
no. those tickets are ONLY issues AT the gate in seaworld and you MUST have the ID to get it.

How/where can I get discount tickets for Disneyland, Seaworld and other parks around LA?

How/where can I get discount tickets for Disneyland, Seaworld and other parks around LA?

Answer :
The best thing to do is to get them before you get to the gate. You will usually get some savings this way. I always just purchase mine in package through Disneyland. You can also go to their sites to see if they are offering discounts. Sometimes they will offer a slightly discounted ticket on their site.

If you want deeply discounted or free tickets, the only way is to do a timeshare tour, which I don't recommend. They are way too hasseling and it takes too much time away from the vacation.

Just be careful if you find the tickets less from sites other than the actual park or Disneyland. People on eBay and similar will sell expired, used up and non-transferrable tickets that you can't use. Then when you get there you discover you paid for a ticket that you cannot use. Just be sure if you do this that the seller is very reliable to avoid having a situation where you have to buy the tickets twice.

Hope this helps, have a great trip!

Anyone know how to get a discount tickets to Universal Studios and Seaworld in Orlando?

I am planning to take my husband and 3 year old to Orlando in two weeks for a long weekend. I was wondering if anyone had some great link or idea. Has anyone had experience with getting a 3 year old in pretending they are two because the price is like $65 for her? Thanks for any info

Answer :
AAA has good prices if you are a member

or you could attend one of those demonstrations for a sales condo
which they badger you for 4 hours

risk losing losing all your tickets because you lied - great lesson to teach

heck - we have cabinet members who don;t pay taxes - awwwww - go ahead

Answer :
If you tell them that she is 2, they most likely won't question you - however, is that the example you want to set for your child?

The best place to buy tickets is just off of their websites. They both run deals all the time, and they both have discounts for buying online ahead of time. I don't recommend buying from anyone except authorized dealers, because there are lots of ticket scams out there.

Looking for a source for discount Busch Gardens or Seaworld Tickets?

Living here in Florida people always seem to have " vip tickets, or Comp Tickets" Just looking for a source to save some money when my kids come to visit. I don't want to go to a " timeshare presentation" or ebay I already tried but they are selling for nearly face value from out of staters. Thanks for any help or links you can provide.

Answer :
I go here all the time! I live in FL too! They are located in Kissimmee, near the Medieval Knights dinner show. You can either go there to pick up tickets or have them mail you the tickets (but that costs too much to mail them, so I just pick them up myself). The building looks like a souvenir shop & in the back is the ticket counter. You can even pay online & just pick up the ticktes later!

Answer :
You already have some good answers here! I did want to add that the Go Orlando Card also might be up your alley. It's a pre-paid attraction pass that gets you general admission to Orlando activities like Gatorland, Wonderworks, Cypress Garden theme park and Kennedy Space Center for much less than you would pay shelling out for each activity. I bet your kids would love it, plus they have kids pricing too and they're on sale until July 6th.

Hope that helps you out!

How do I buy a ticket to attend all the major attractions in Southern.California?

I am going to LA on the 13th July for 10 nights and want to go to Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld etc and would obviously want to get value for money. Can anyone suggest ways in which to beat que's?, purchase 1 ticket for all attractions? Thanks

Answer :
You can purchase a Southern Cal City Pass online. With CityPass you get
* three days of admission to Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure Park
*A day at movie-licious Universal Studios Hollywood experiencing rides and television sets
* a day at SeaWorld Adventure Park in San Diego
* the choice between the San Diego Zoo -- in Balboa Park -- or the San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park just north of that city.

The city pass saves you a lot of money, and if you purchase it at Costco you can save even more.

Another option is to look into is the GoCard. It includes Universal Studios, Legoland, Long Beach Aquarium, Wild Rivers Water Park and

Answer :
www.citypass.com
I think it includes Disney, Knotts, Universal, San Diego Zoo, and SeaWorld. But read the fine print on the site, they tell yu what it includes.

Answer :
You can book a hotel package with your local travel agent and it can include tickets to a variety of things.
If you don't need a hotel, you will have to wait till you get there.
We don't sell pieces of a package.

Answer :
Finch, give "Best Answer" to Jules.

You can also buy the citypass at disneyland.com, seaworldsandiego.com, and universalstudioshollywood.com. Wherever you buy it, it will save you from having to stand in line to buy tickets, which should save you about 4 hours in line for tickets.

As Jules noted, Knott's is not included.

PriceTravel, why do you even answer when you don't know what you are talking about?

Is Disneyworld worth seeing or should i get a flexi ticket?

I'm going Florida in June for 2 weeks,i want to see Disneyworld but it's alot of money to do that and the other parks that are on the flexi ticket(Universal Studios,Islands of adventure,Seaworld, etc),i dont know what to do,is Disneyworld really all that?is it definately worth seeing?this holiday gonna cost me a fortune, lol,or should i just do the flexiticket and forget Disney or vice versa?

Answer :
DisneyWorld really is worth every penny. It is expensive, but you just need to plan ahead.

There are tons of great online resources where you can get your discount tickets ahead of time, for all of the parks. If you go on Google and type in "Discount Disney Tickets", the first 5 are your best bet for getting your discount theme park tickets. I have personally used OrlandoFunTickets.com and DWTickets.com. Both of them were a pleasure to work with an provided numerous money saving ticket options.

I think Disney is definitely worth it. I would get a 3 day park hopper. Animal Kingdom is a park that does not need to be done more than once. It really is a half day park. The second half of your day, you can hop over to Epcot at night and experience the drinking around the world and the Illuminations fireworks show. Then I would plan on spending one whole day at Magic Kingdom. Then the last day try to do half the day at Hollywood Studios and then head back over to Epcot or your favorite other park. Disney can be done in a few days...it does not need to take over your entire vacation. But, I would definitely plan out an itinerary for your trip :)

Answer :
In my honest opinion having been to florida three times and doing all the parks each time... I would really reccomend doing Disneyworld. It is really awesome, there is so much to do and so much to take in. If you really are strapped for money do each park once and get a flex ticket for universal etc. I think spending all the money on going to florida and not doing disney would be a waste of money to be honest with you.

Answer :
If Disney is too much money, then save it for another trip when you can afford it. Personally, we've never gone to sea world, so I can't offer my advice, but we do Universal every once in a while and it's just okay. Disney, on the other hand, can be one entire vacation, and usually is for my family. It's an amazing place with an amazing staff. The attention to detail is overwhelming. If this is the last trip there you'll make in a long, long time, I have to suggest Disney World. It is my favorite place to be.

Have you ever been to Disneyland? If not, consider maybe buying just a one day one park ticket and checking out the Magic Kingdom. If so, do the same, but check out one of the other parks. I couldn't tell you with a good conscience to spend your time in Orlando in Universal without going to Disney.

Answer :
I would definitely go! I went there with my family freshmen year in high school, next spring break when I turn 18 me and my boyfriend are considering taking a trip to the tropic islands of Florida, we will be going to disney world (I'm hoping) and then we're going to spend a lovely day on the beach. It's almost going to be like a pre-honeymoon almost. Please consider it. You will not be wasting your time

Answer :
disney world is unique...it is something that i believe that everyone should see...its more of the expierence and u just need to plan it. It can be very expensive but there are also ways to get more for your dollar. Take advantage of the all*star resorts which are the value resorts. Also get a park hopper which overall is less expensive and it is so easy to move from park to park. U need to go to disney the rides are fun and i had an awesome expierence!

Answer :
I went in 1990 so it has improved since then but I still thought it was really really fun. Maybe get the flexi ticket and go to Euro Disney next year, which I'm assuming U could go on the Euro star to Paris and it would probably be a lot cheaper.

Answer :
I have went for the past two years and I love it. It is alot of money but worth every penny. My friend Karen is a disney freak and got me hooked now. ITS AWESOME!

Were can you find the cheapest universal studios and seaworld tickets?

Just Universal Studios And Seaworld Tickets

Answer :
I was just looking up that answer for me earlier today. They've got a double pass for Universal Studios AND Seaworld and It's $99 for ages 10 and up ($89 for ages 3-9) this saves you 16% and it actually sounds like a really good price for two parks!! Also, if you do this it allows 14 consecutive days of unlimited admission in both parks! ALSO, if you buy this deal online, you'll get $100 of cupons for Universal Studios (includes food, drinks and more) So this is definatly what I am going to buy and I hope this helped you out!

I found it on http://www.universalstudioshollywood.com… hover over "tickets and vacations" and click "ticket options" Scroll down to the "Multi-Park Tickets" section and to the "2 Park Flex Ticket"

Answer :
You can try go to AAA. You must be member to join and once you join, you can get every discount any where in USA.

Answer :
You may end up buying tickets to parks you won't use, or for more days than you need, but it's way cheaper to buy the entire package many times. Our last trip to Southern Cal we used this service. got U.Studios/Disney/Knotts/and Seaworld for what we would have paid just for Disney and Universal!

Answer :
Okay so this sounds crazy, I've done it and it's not a scam. When you are in the area you will see the little booths all over that sell cheap theme park tickets. The prices are good and they are actual tickets abotu $24-$40 depending! That's were i get my tickets all the time, Seaworld Epcot, disney wet and wild Etc

Where can i find good deals on tickets for seaworld san diego?

looking for a package deal, for a trip to san diego, minus the hotel booking

Answer :
When you say package deal, that usually refers to the room and tickets. So are you referring to just tickets, or tickets and air?

The best thing to do is go to Sea Worlds site to order the tickets. They will run promotions through out the year with special prices, i.e. for using an e-ticket. It is much safer than going with sites like eBay or other online discounters, where you never know if the ticket you are getting is real or not. Otherwise the only way to get a discount is usually if you book a hotel and ticket package, where they will give you a discount for buying both. But I would keep your eye on the Sea World website and for commercials to see if you can find any good deals. Sometimes, toward the end of the year they will offer really low annual passes. You can get the pass for like the cost of two days admission.

If you are wanting air you:

You need to go to several different sites to price it out and then see who offers the lowest rates. This will be the best way to find out.

All the online discounters are all pretty safe to go through. Just be sure you understand policies, etc. in case you need to cancel or change your flight. Look over what you book several times to make sure it is what you want/need. As far as the one site that is the best, it's really hard to tell you. They will all vary and change all the time. One site may be lower for one person, higher for the next. You just have to do your research and see what yo find. In my expereince, the cheapest way to go is directly through the airline. In my past dozen trips, that I can remember, the airline has always been cheaper than the online discounters. Just look around and see what you can find.

Check around online. There are several online discounters, like expedia, priceline, orbitz, etc. This is usually the cheapest way to go. But you should also check directly through airline sites to see if they are running a special. It is also easier to make changes if you use the airline directly instead of a discounter. For example, air tran often offers discounted tickets on Tuesdays and Thursdays and it is cheaper than through other online sites. I prefer to go with the air sites directly. Not only are they usually a less than discounters, but if you have to make a change or cancel, it is a lot easier than going with the discounters. Also watch in the newspapers and such, they often advertise specials in the newspaper .

Hope this helps!

The website says the current special is all people get in for $51.00 which is the ages 3-9 price. Is that all that is being offered?

Answer :
If you're from Lower California, then the offer is Adults at kids prices (which is a measly $10 off) PLUS a second visit free. If you're not from here, I think its just the $10 off.

Answer :
check out the website for more details in changes all the time

Seaworld Tickets Orlando?

I bought a ticket for Seaworld through http://www.floridatix.co.uk/ and on the web site it said buy one get one day free.

Yet when i got the ticket it had no mention of this.

Has anyone else bought this ticket and does it as I am presuming register automatic on the bar code of the ticket that its for 2 days and I can go through the turnstile twice on seperate days

Answer :
Unless they have changed their policy since I worked there, before you leave the park on the first day you must go to guest relations to receive your second day ticket. Just ask when you get there that day.

Answer :
we had one ticket each that was valid for two days,as you said it registers on the barcode

Answer :
these paople are telling the truth my freind. if its your first time there get to the shamu show early for good seats and GET WET its wicked

Answer :
Yes u have to go to Guest Relatiions at some part of your first day and register you 2nd free day. Its very easy and well worth it. They are continuing this offer until the end of the year so as long as u are going before then, you should be fine.

Help for finding DISNEYLAND CA ticket coupon and for SEAWORLD SAN DIEGO too??

do you guys know wher can i find or print a coupon...or maybe u know someone that work for that theme park that might help???? thanks....

Answer :
mcdonalds has coupons for seaworld.
lmao you go in one time & get $10 off.
and then you get to go a second time for
free. & theres no coupons for disneyland
sorry.

Answer :
I don't know about a coupon... you usually can't find coupons for Disneyland... but on the Disneyland website they have what they call a "city pass" ( go to the "tickets only" link in the reservations area) that gets you a 3 day ticket to Disneyland and tickets to a couple of other So. Cal theme parks and one of the choices is Sea World (others I think are Legoland, Universal and the San Diego Zoo) It should be cheaper this way.
Have fun.... I wish I was going with you

Answer :
this site has coupon codes http://www.themeparkcodes.com/

SoCal City Pass is the best thing.

Can you get up close to animals at SeaWorld without buying tour tickets?

I see a few deals online but they are extremely expensive. Can you get close to the dolphins and other animals with a general admission ticket or do you have to buy an additional ticket?

Answer :
There are viewing areas that get you underwater with the animals and get some great pictures. They are located at the end of the dolphin tank and at the backside of Shamu's tank. Shamu is not always in this tank so you may have to try a couple of times. The Shark encounter has a moving sidewalk that goes through the actual tank thea holds the sharks. The penguin encounter allows you to watch the penguins as well, but you won't want to stay because the smell is horrible.
If you want to actually interact with the animals it will cost you extra money. The Dolphin exhibit allows you to feed the dolphins and pet them. You might get lucky like the previous poster did and one will swim up to you outside the "feeding zone". There is a lunch/dinner show with Shamu but is expensive. The Sea Lion exhibit does not allow you to get too close to them, but you can feed them. You cannot get close enough to the Dolphin Nursery tank to really see them so it kinda stinks. The touch tank for the sea rays does not cost money but I would recommend spending the $5 to feed them as it is cool how they suck the food from your hand.
Have a great time.

Answer :
Now i am not sure about every Sea World in the US/world but i know that in Florida, you can see dolphins really close and if you are willing to buy special food, feed them. I don't remember the exact price but i thought it was worth it. plus you can do the same thing with stingrays...

Answer :
you can get up close to dolphins and manta rays and a few other small animals at sea world in san diego. you can also get close to dolphins in the wild in san diego. la jolla beach to be exact. ive been in the water with dolphins swimming near by a few times

Answer :
When I went to Sea World I didnt get to feed a dolphin, but I did get to pet one! I just went over to the dolphin tank, patiently waited and eventually it popped its cute little head out and I pet it! It was amazing! :)

Answer :
yes! ya he's rite you can feed the dolphins its like $5 bucks i believe went to seaworld CA this past aug..i wanted to do it..looked awesome!.. didt do it tho didt hav the cash :/

SeaWorld Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa, and Aquatica Combo ticket?

i bought disney 5 day park hopper from disney website for june it gave me a discount should i buy SeaWorld Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa, and Aquatica Combo ticket from this site??? http://www.seaworld.com/default.aspx i am travelling in june with 2 kids staying at disney All star movie resort

Answer :
well you can get cheaper tickets through

http://orlandofuntickets.com/Sea-World/

I hope this helps!

Cheers!

Answer :
Are you asking if you should buy the tickets or if you should buy them directly from the Sea World site as opposed to another site?

I think if you buy online, you can get adult tickets at kids prices. The combo tickets are attractively priced. Buying directly from Sea World is a good idea, you'll know you are getting genuine tickets.

However, if you are asking if you should buy the tickets, how much time are you going to be here? You've already purchased five days at Disney. Do you have time to visit three other parks? Will you have transportation to Tampa? If so, and you want to visit the other parks, then you should buy the tickets.

I accidentaly bought a seaworld child's 2 day e-ticket. At the gate can i upgrade it to an adult?

I accidentaly bought a seaworld child's 2 day e-ticket. At the gate can i upgrade it to an adult?

Answer :
If you purchased the ticket from Sea Worlds web site, then you will need the original order confirmation, and you will have to take it to the guest services window, pay the difference in the child's and adults ticket price, and then you will be able to get in. If you were not the one who placed the original order, if you lost your confirmation, or if you purchased the ticket from some other web site other than the Sea World web site than you will not be able to upgrade the ticket. They do this to prevent people who buy tickets on E-bay and Craigslist from upgrading them.

Answer :
If you purchased the ticket through a discount site you may not be able to upgrade, but if the ticket was purchased through the official Seaworld ticket sales venue you should be able to speak to Guest Relations at the park and they will likely be able to assist you with upgrading to an adult ticket provided you pay the price difference and can provide a receipt showing the original purchase price.

Answer :
Why don't you call Seaworld and ask? I would imagine they could answer the question much quicker and more accurately than anyone on this site.

Where can I get cheap Seaworld tickets?

I want to take my family to California and Seaworld. Where can I get some cheap tickets?

Answer :
I think right now you can pay the one price for next year if you're a resident. Craigslist might have some cheap tickets. A lot of big companies around the San Diego area also give discounts, and if you know anyone that is in the military, they get ticket discounts.

Answer :
Best bet would be to get a pass for several attractions but if you only go to one park look in the paper for a coupon.
Legoland has 50% adult tickets right now if your looking to save.

Help with tickets to Seaworld parks?

we are planning to go to Aquatica and we see the $79.95 ticket where you can pick two of these parks seaworld, aquatica, adventureisland, buschgardens. if we buy it can we use it all year long and as many times as we want

Answer :
those tickets expire after 14 days of first use. if you are looking for single admission discount coupons, check http://www.themeparkcodes.com/sea_world_…

Answer :
No, the tickets that you are looking at will expire 14 days from the first use and are good for admission to the parks that you choose only. They are good for one day admission to each park, and then you can use their "return visit" feature to return during your trip. To get year long admission, you will need to purchase a fun card.

Answer :
Looks like it is good until the end of the year, but only allows for two admissions (one day for each park).
The fun card with add on of Busch Gardens may provide what you are looking for, though it is double the price.
You may wish to shop around and check discount sites for either promotion codes or offers, start with a general google search. Also check forum posts as folks will mention offers that are available.

Answer :
I don't see that. This is their webpage - http://www.aquaticabyseaworld.com/Site/T…

And on it, they have $89.95 for Sea World + Aquatica.
Or $124.95 for Sea World + Aquatica + Busch Gardens.
And several other options to add their other parks.

Anyway, whatever you are looking at, if you click on Details, you will see that tickets expire 14 days from first use. You do get unlimited admission on your vacation with the "Length of Stay" benefit.

Can i use someone else's ticket at seaworld san diego?

has anybody had any problems buying used tickets for seaworld san diego and not be able to get in? do they really require you to show a picture ID and scan your fingerprints?

Answer :
Yuuuup, you need your name, signiture and finger print to get it :)
As they have machines where you put your card, pass, or ticket in (or scan it) and then it says "Hello, _____" n the screen then you must put your index finder on the scanner. And if this dosent work then you'll need to have ID with your signiture on, as you'll need to sign the pass when you get it :)
Hope i helped :D

Been there and know a lot about theme park :)

Answer :

How do you get into the Makahiki Luau without a Seaworld Park ticket?

Many websites including the official Seaworld one state park admission is not required. I ask because we bought our luau ticket mistakenly for the day after our 7-day Seaworld ticket expires.

Answer :
If you go to the gate an hour before the event they will let you in to the park and direct you to the sea fire inn. if you go an hour before the event they will ask you to wait outside the park.

Asker's Comment:
You are correct! We went last night, using the main entrance and having only the dinner reservation printed from the internet we entered past the ticket booth. They have your name as any other restaurant would for a reservation. Thank you.

Answer :
Call and see about having a correction made. You don't get into the park without admission.
